This waiver of liability relates to any and all forms of physical exercise and recreation while under the instruction of Jenna (Jennifer) Brumfield, dba BlissPODyoga and Vibe Higher Yoga as well as all dealings with, classes, meetings, groups, discussions, lessons, workshops, wellness fairs and retreats by both BlissPODyoga and will also include such items in representation of Vibe Higher Yoga. This waiver shall also encompass any and all representations for Vibe Higher Yoga.
You hereby agree to the following Agreement of Release and Waiver of Liability; Videos, lessons and excursions are for entertainment purposes only. By reading & continuing on I knowingly, voluntaril y& expressly waive any claim I may have against instructorJenna Brumfield or BlissPODyoga any and all representations for Vibe Higher Yoga and Jenna Brumfield for injury or damages that I may sustain. I, my heirs and legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge & covenant not to sue the instructor Jenna Brumfield for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts if any portion of this release from liability shall be deemed by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid then remainder of this release from liability shall remain in full force & effect & offending provision or provisions severed here from. I have carefully read & fully understand &agree to the above terms. I am entering this voluntarily & recognize this is my complete & unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent of the law.
If waiver is not physically signed you hereby agree to the content herein as full and binding by your purchase of a ticket to any class, workshop, or event.
